2. Donation Fulfillment

a. Confirmation & Receipts

• All online donations made through our secure portal will receive an instant confirmation email and official donation receipt within 24 hours.

• Offline donations (via check, money order, or event contributions) will be acknowledged within 7–10 business days after being received and processed.

• Every receipt includes the donor’s name, amount donated, transaction date, and confirmation that the contribution is tax-deductible as allowed by law.

b. Recurring Donations

• Donors who enroll in recurring giving will receive an email confirmation of their setup and will be notified before any billing changes occur.

• Monthly receipts or annual summaries can be requested at any time by contacting our support team at info@komitadjifoundation.org.

3. Delivery of Services

As a nonprofit organization, KOMITADJI FOUNDATION INC provides no physical products.
All donations directly support our community programs, family assistance initiatives, and outreach projects.

Instead of a shipped item, donors receive:

• Electronic acknowledgment receipts for tax purposes

• Impact updates via newsletters or annual reports (if opted in)

• Event invitations or volunteer opportunities, depending on their engagement level

4. Processing Time

• Donations made online are typically processed within minutes through our secure payment processor.

• Check or mail-in donations may take 5–7 business days to process after receipt.

• All processing timelines may vary slightly due to holidays or high-volume fundraising periods, but confirmation will always be provided promptly.

5. Failed or Delayed Transactions

If a donation or payment does not process successfully:

• The donor will receive a system notification or email prompting them to retry the transaction.

• In cases of duplicate or delayed processing, our support team will verify the payment and issue any necessary adjustments or refunds (per our Donation & Refund Policy).
